The personalised E-Ticket

Plastic chip-card with a michroscheme, that keets information about the person- the user of the card.

Receipt - the card is free of charge at the first time. To receive the card, one must fulfill a blank and hand it in the Client Service offices (CSO) of Rigas Satiksme. In the CSO it is also possible to be photographet free of charge. The card is made on spot - it takes 5-10 minutes.

The non-personalised E-Ticket

Available to every users of public transport. It can be used in bus, trolley and tram, depending on the type of the tickets.

It is necessary for those , who use the public transport regulary, including monthly-subscription tickets without discounts and who do not want to use the personalized e-ticket.

The smart ticket

Carton card with a microsheme without a note about being owned by somebody. These are tickets for a definite amount of trips or for definite period of time.

One can use this card for a definite amount of public transport service. It can be used as long as the service is oven, but not longer than for 12 months. The validity of the smart ticket is one year after it has been made.

The paper ticket

• paper ticket is sold by public transport drivers and is more expensive;
• it is valid for one trip only, in the vehicle where it has been bought;
  luggage and pet tickets are sold only by public transport drivers;
• paper tickets are meant for those passengers who have not reloaded their smart cards in time;
• it will be the most convenient solution for passengers who use public transport rarely.
