Perfect salesman in Akropol centre, but the service centre is awful: too long time for the diagnostics of a notebook problem (2 weeks instead of promised 3 days), zero result (general description instead of finding the real problem), announced price for the fixing = cost of a new notebook. Zero qualifications. Never will apply again.

Pārdevējs neiedod čeku, kad to pamanīju atgiezos veikalā, kur saņemu sarkastiska veida atbildes un ar prasību iedot man čeku, ko iepriekš neiedeva, pardevējs atsaucās, ka nerakņasies pa miskasti! Vadi bija jānomaina uz citiem, kas protams bez čeka nebija iespējams, rezultātā -26eiro par velti. Katru reizi iepērkoties BalticData ir kaut kādas problēmas!!!
