I agree with the previous reviewer - the level of communication of RigaCars employees is more than unacceptable, basically they do what they want and abundantly. I highly recommend choosing another service provider. The main disagreement was that they charged me € 400 for scratching the rear bumper, which I didn't even notice when washing and inspecting the car before returning it. Saying they have videos and photos, when they were asked to send this evidence to me by email, Agent Roland refused to do so. He later told me to come to the office (December 11, 2020) and they would show me the photos. I asked his boss to call me, but I have not received such a call. I returned the car to the office at 10:30 in the morning, without finding any employees in the office, yard or in front of the building, on the recommendation of the security guard, I left the car key in the RigaCars box, which is normal practice. Later, Roland called me and said that it was very strange that I left the car without finding him. He was still home and told me to contact me whenever he returned to the office, but I didn't hear anything from him until I started calling them myself a few days later. And even more surprising was when he dropped my call in the middle of our conversation - when I asked what happened, he said he had to answer another call. In his first phone call, Roland said that he would only accept a Eurozone credit card when I mentioned that I wanted to use my British Barclays card. Find a normal credit card - then talk, he said! It is unfortunate that this is happening in Latvia today, and their management is not achievable.
